How Do I Get an Estimate?
Use the estimate form or call (860) 491-5015. Send drawings, photos or rough sizes. You can attach up to 20 photos or PDFs. We reply by email with a price and a lead time.
What Do You Need to Give a Price?
Tell us what it is: kitchen countertops, a vanity, a fireplace or wall, or something else. Lengths and depths in inches are enough, or a photo of a sketch. Please do not send ID, bank or tax documents.
What Does Compass Make?
We fabricate and install kitchen countertops, vanities, fireplaces and walls in natural stone and quartz. Our portfolio shows a mitered waterfall island, a mitered countertop, a book-matched fireplace wall and a Nero Marquina marble desk.
How Does a Job Run?
It starts with an estimate. You choose the stone, or tell us the stone for your job. We template on site with a laser. The stone is cut, edged and finished in our workshop in Wolcott, CT. Then we deliver the stone and set it in place.
How Do You Measure for a Countertop?
We template on site with a laser. The measurements go straight into our software.
Where Is the Showroom, and When Is It Open?
Our showroom is inside Viewpoint Design Center, a showroom center in Bantam. Look for the Viewpoint sign. The address is 607 Bantam Rd, Suite F, Bantam, CT 06750. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Call (860) 491-5015.
Where Do You Work?
Our showroom is in Bantam, CT, and our workshop is in Wolcott, CT. We also have a location in Urbana, OH. We take jobs and ship slabs across the US.
Which Stones Can You Get?
The Slabs page shows quartzite, granite and engineered quartz that we can order. We order the stone you choose. We also source stone that is not listed. Tell us which one you want.
How Are Slabs Priced?
Slabs are quoted individually. We price by the slab or by the bundle. A bundle is usually 10 slabs and costs less per slab. We reply by email with a price. The site does not list slab prices.
Do You Ship Slabs?
Yes. We ship slabs anywhere in the US. Freight is quoted with the slabs.
Can I Ask About More Than One Stone at Once?
Yes. Add stones to the quote list, then send one request. Next you add your name and email. We reply by email with a price.
Do You Hold Slabs?
We hold slabs that are paid in full. Storage may be charged after six weeks.
